Our Spiritual Council are elected by members of their class each year. They meet regularly to discuss and review RE, Collective Worship, values and the ethos of our Church School.

Spiritual Council Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank you for our school, our teachers and friends. Please help us to continue to learn and always try our best. Guide as we discuss ideas to improve our school and develop and let us always listen to the thoughts and ideas of others. Please allow us to use our Christian values in everything we do.

 Labyrinth Reflections

 The Spiritual Council visited the Labyrinth at The Down’s school in Deal. Here are some of their reflections on the experience;

‘It made me feel calm and peaceful. I felt closer to God in the centre of the labyrinth. It made me feel relaxed. I liked that we could all walk along the labyrinth and feel peaceful. It let me think about things in my life. When we got to the centre, I felt we could have quiet and time to think. I thought about my family.’
